A strong, durable water container suitable for use in the UK and overseas. The Army Olive Green Water Bottle is a good old fashioned piece of kit that needs no introduction, but have you though why this product has been around for so long? Because it works! It is cheap, it is strong, it has a covering that can help to keep your water cool/warm, it comes with a belt loop to attach it to your belt or rucksack.

So what do out instructors think? Here Jason writes:

"I like these water bottles as they are incredibly robust and goes well on the wallet. But from our point of view we operate in a woodland environment for a lot of the year, at no point have I had one of these bottle let me down... now ask me how many punctures I have had on a water bladder and you'll see why these are prefered".

Advantages: They are solid, well and truly tried and tested, they will not puncture in the woodland... and they are green!

Disadvantages: Although you can boil water (to purify it) in a plastic bottle if done correctly, but it is tricky, therefore if you are likely to need to do we would suggest a metal bottle. They are also green... don't put them down in the woods...
