This high quality lightweight basha makes an ideal shelter for keeping off the elements.

It comes with its own stuff sack and is made from PU coated ripstop nylon making it totally water proof. It weighs only 587grams in its stuff sack so ideal to put into your ruck sack "just in case!"

It has a fully tape-seamed hem and reinforced, “anti-gutter” suspension points to prevent water collecting and weighing the basha down.

Measurements approx: 3m long x 2m wide.

So what do our instructors think? Here Jo writes:

"Under a basha is the best way to spend a night out in the woods. You are completly protected from the elements but you can still hear all the sounds and smell that wonderful smell of woodland around you. I have spent many nights out sleeping under these bashas and they are so easy and quick to set up and take up no room at all in your rucksack."  

Advantages: Very compact & light weight. Quick and easy to put up as a lean to or in an A frame style (as per photo) Height easily adjustable depending on weather conditions.

Disadvantages: Material is not breathable so could condensate. Bungies/rope not included so you will need to factor this into your cost.
