Leather Sheath for Swede Folding Knife description :

This sturdy leather sheath made from full-grain ox-hide. It is suitable for EKA knives in the Swede 88 series.

It measures 5" and is a natural leather colour. It features a press stud closure to prevent the knife from falling out. It has a custom designed slot in the back of the sheath to allow a belt to be inserted so it can be worn on the waist.

So what do our instructors think? Here Jason writes:

"The sheath makes it more practical for your knife to be within easy reach when you are on private land with permisson. I also like the full belt loop on the sheath for 100% security."

Advantages: Keeps dirt and dust out of the folding mechanism of the knife.Full belt loop prevents loss of sheath and knife, press stud closure ensures a secure, snug fit and the leather provides a certain degree of water repellence.

Disadvantages: You cannot wear the knife on public land in the sheath, it would need to be stored in the bottom of your ruck sack.
