What do our instructors think? Jo writes:
"These crook knives are great and I wish I had discovered them earlier in life as they are such a great hobby..you get a massive sense of achievement from carving your own spoon or cup and these knives make light work of it. The handle is ergonomically designed so it is comfortable in the palm of your hand for long periods of time and gives excellent control of the blade when gouging out wood. They are really easy to use.”
Advantages: Comfortable to hold and work with, this model is designed for right handed users. Birch Handle gives a good grip and control. High quality Swedish steel blade.
Disadvantages: Does not come with a sheath or pouch so you will need to find something safe to store it in. Not the easiest knife to sharpen.
