Business Update – Coronavirus PLEASE NOTE: THIS BLOG HAS NOW BEEN UPDATED. SEE THE LATEST UPDATES HERE. Tuesday 17th March 2020 Woodland Ways would like to issue the following statement to provide our customers with an update on our precautions and preparations in light of the Coronavirus (CORVID-19) pandemic. In-line with current Government guidelines, we have taken the decision that all upcoming courses will go ahead as normal until we are advised otherwise. The fact that we run our courses outdoors means you will be in a low-risk environment, with relatively low participation numbers. We are also ensuring that we follow best practice precautions whilst in the woodlands, with the observation of social distancing and the provision of hand washing facilities. If you are in a high risk group or have the recent onset of a new continuous cough and/or; high temperature, we would advise you to follow Government advice to self-isolate and not attend any of our courses. In this situation we would need you to defer to personal travel insurance policies to recoup any losses resulting from non-attendance. In the event that we have to cancel future courses as the situation develops, we will either re-schedule the course or issue participants with an 18-month voucher. Please rest assured that we will continue to closely monitor the situation and that the safety and welfare of our customers and staff is our highest priority. If you have any concerns or questions, please call us on 01234 351006 or send an email to info@woodland-ways.co.uk. Help others, stay safe and stay sensible.
