Important update regarding our courses

Monday 23rd March 2020

If you missed our Director Jason’s announcement on Facebook over the weekend, please see it copied below. We’d like to thank all customers affected by this announcement for their patience and understanding at this difficult time.

I am devastated to announce that effective from Monday we are postponing all of our courses in March, April and May, and will continue to review the situation on a weekly basis looking to June onwards.

In light of the news over the last 24 hours, the horrific death toll that is facing us globally, I feel that it would be socially irresponsible to continue operating our courses at a time when we all as individuals need to be restricting our movements as per the government advice to do the best for the whole human race.

I have a 5 year old daughter, I need to be able to look her in the eye when Im old and tell her I did the right thing.

We tried to adapt but the situation has developed to a point where morally I feel we have to take further action.

I cannot sit by and try to maintain an income for me or my team in the knowledge we now may be putting people in danger. I appreciate that this will be a bitter blow to all our dearly loved customers, but it is also a severe blow to me and my team… Not to mention a logistical nightmare, we were due to see hundreds of clients enjoying the woods over the next month.

We are all truly devastated but we must do our bit. Things are developing rapidly with the pandemic and we must adapt.

Our policy is to re-schedule all courses to a point where it is more appropriate, every client who is booked on to our courses will be contacted directly over the next 2-3 days outlining our schedule, please be patient with us and respect the fact we are fighting for our livelihoods.

I would like to offer my sincere thanks to my team for braving the last few weeks at my side, I will look after you, we are in this together.

Stay safe, stay strong, and we will continue to be in touch

Jason Ingamells
Company Director
