What are we going to be up to?
It’s only been a little less than a couple of weeks since we last caught up with you last, but we have still crammed lots in over that little time, so let’s take a look.
17th – 20th August
Danny and Lawrence delivered a fully booked Woodland Ways Week – 5 Days Survival Course. Adam was at The World of Bushcraft for Wednesdays Carving a Spoon Workshop. Kev & Jay were out delivering fire sessions for a bushcraft & Canoe day at Marston Vale for over 100 children.
21st -23rd August
On that weekend we saw Adam & Danny running a fully booked Bow Making course, as Ian & Jay Delivered a Woodland Ways Weekend, both in the Belvoir estate. Meanwhile Kev and Lawrence were over in our Oxford woods also running a Woodland Ways Weekend, which was fully booked.
24th– 27th August
Kev, Danny & Jay were in our Bedfordshire woods for a private school booking. They delivered Fire lighting, Water & shelter sessions with a cordage length competition & a quiz at the end. Joe came back after a well-deserved holiday and instructed on the Carving a Swedish Kuksa Cup Workshop.
So What Have We got coming up?
Jason & Kev are together working on the Friction Fire weekend, Danny & Barry Hamick are in the Leicestershire woods on a Woodland Ways Weekend. Jose is at Tree Fest in Westonbirt, at The National Arboretum.
After the weekend Jason & Adam head out to Sweden to deliver the Canoeing and Camp Craft expedition. This course is fully booked & is already sold out for 2016, which is fantastic news. Jay & Brian set off to the National Forest Wood Fair, if you are in the area why not pop along & say hi. Kev is then in our Bedfordshire woods delivering a team building day, Joe then hosts the game preparation for the Wednesday workshop held at The World of Bushcraft.
Kev & Bob Leatherday are looking after a private all female 32 hour bushcraft day in our Leicestershire woods. Meanwhile Danny heads up to Derbyshire to deliver a fully booked 4×4 Voyager off road course. Danny then heads down to Bedfordshire woods to deliver a packed Bushcraft Fundamentals Course. Jay then meets with our 4×4 instructor Rob to deliver the course to a reporter writing an article on the course. Joe brings us up to date with his Wednesday Spoon Carving Workshop.
