The Kuksa (Kåsa in Swedish) is a traditional wooden cup made and used by the Sami peoples of Lapland.
These beautifully hand carved cups allow one to feel connected with the nature far more than a plastic coffee cup can.
Made from mountain birch burrs specially selected for their quality, these cups offer a link to the ancient traditions of the peoples of the north.
This Kuksa features one finger hole.
Quite simply, coffee tastes better in a kuksa!
Capacity approx 1.5dl
Do not use dishwashing liquid - use only water and dry naturally (not over a heat source as this could cause cracking)
The external should be treated regularly with vegetable oil.
