Fantastic skillet pan. I've already used it both indoors and outdoors. Cleans very easily. The only question I have is: why didn't I acquire it earlier?

A lovely quality pan. A bit pricey but looks like it will last for ever! Glad to find an uncoated pan with a lid.

Built to last a life time, Even when seasoned food will burn on medium heat, No Fault of the skillet that's just stainless steel. On A low heat it Cooks Fantastic Quick tip to season just fry some Onions first, don't know the science just puts a patina on the surface.
